-Inquiry, quotation summary & follow up

-Follow up Order Status for prompt delivery and Quality.

-Communicate with respective departments and Suppliers

-Handle Payment Verification process by Organizing and forwarding receiving documentation for further approval

-Other ad hoc duties as assigned
