Edify is looking for a project manager to work at one of the leading construction companies in Myanmar.

Do you have experience in construction management and have strategic decisions making and leadership skills?
Join the international standard team at one of the top construction companies.

The applicant should be able to:

1. Be responsible for the completion of construction projects (covering C&S, Architectural and M&E trades).
2. Lead tender teams and guide throughout the tendering process.
3. Take part in weekly/ monthly meetings with clients and consultants.
4. Liaise closely with consultants and clients.
5. Devise cost-effective plans and methods to meet the project targets.
6. Monitor the human resources capacity of the company and recruit accordingly.
7. Liaise closely with Finance Department to meet the financial targets.
8. Lead and be actively involved in procurement process for subcontractors and vendors.
9. Liaise with potential clients and business partners to secure new projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum B.E (Civil) with Diploma/ Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Business Administration from a good university.
• Minimum 10 years of Construction Project Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management/ team leader position (preferable).
• Great Human skills.
• Ability to form team spirit within the organization.
• Understanding of Myanmar culture and organizational behavior in Myanmar context will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communications and language skills in English and Myanmar.
