 To Inspect site QAQC works as approved design drawings and approved materials according to contract requirement Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
 To inspect and control the site works according to Client Specification.
 To inspect according to approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Checklists.
 To advice rectification (Correction) plan/work of construction work to Client when happened unexcepted cases occurred on site.
 To conduct inspection and coordinate with Builder Engineers for all site works.
 To conduct and follow up the sample taking of Rebar, Concrete, Cement, Brick, Sand, Aggregate and other necessary testing on site and checking the results and report to Client.
 To record Daily Work Schedule on Order Book and report the conducted/inspected checklists to Client by weekly. Also need to submit some type of QAQC reports when Client request.
 To immediate submit Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to Client when Builders not comply (or) not follow the Approved Design Drawing.
 To proper control and supervise the each works of QAQC on site.
 To find out different design of Approved Design Drawings and defects of each works on site and issues Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to Builder to rectify. To submit the Corrective Action report (CAR) to Client when Builder rectified on site.
 To issues Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to Builder for each tread when found irregular/not standard works on site.
 To control and highlight the safety items to Builder and record and issues Non-compliance Safety report.
 To control and monitor the site works according to Work Schedules (approved by Client).
 To supervise the standing supervision when conduct the casting work on site. Also, inspect Slump Test.
 To prepare all reports and Handing Over/Taking Over Form for Handing Over to Client

 Must be RSE (Construction) holder and experienced with government housing Projects
 Must be based in Nay Pyi Taw.
 Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management or related studies
 Minimum 5 years of project management experience which includes site supervision, drawing and design interpretation and construction management.
 Ability to communicate in Burmese and English
 Good report writing and presentation skills (Burmese and English)
 Possess good leadership and client management practices and principles
 Energetic and proactive in approach to work
