- Provides on-site and online product demonstration installation, training and after sales service.- Prepares service and spare parts quotations for customers- Record installation and service jobs in respective forms- Follow up installed customer sites every six months.- Analyse current and future customer service requirements to build good after sales service practice requirements.- Gather inquires and feedback from customers and report daily to sales manager- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints- Must be able to travel

Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 2-year experience in the related field
Highly motivated for new challenges
Good communication and organizational skill
Must be able to do multitasking and a team player
