1 – CONTEXT
The QA officer ensures and assists that the manufacture of the organization is running and managing in accordance with the set rules and regulation, also with the required quality and safety standard. The officer also ensures compliance with the environmental and labor legislation and the quality, health, safety & risk and environmental requirements of the organization.

2 – REPORTING LINE
The QA officer reports to Jr. QA supervisor and QA Department head.

3 – GOAL
The QA officer is responsible for the quality of working conditions and environmental care within the organization. Additionally, the QA officer is responsible for assisting in the assessment of compliance of the system (internal and external audits, measurement and monitoring of data) and risk assessment.

4 – TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify unsafe and risky situations and / or violations in the products as well as work environment
• Report on actions / modifications required
• Review and improve the current process activity
• Immediately take measures to unsafe situations and feedback to relevant persons
• Prepare necessary documents for ISO and global GAP, working closely with relevant department
• Maintain and modify ISO and Global GAP requirements to facilitate feed safety and safety of work environment
• Study of developments and changes in laws and regulations
• Assist in environmental projects, and other feed safety related projects
• Providing training to relevant departments related to feed safety
• Assist in required certification for the company by working closely with relevant departments
• Maintain and modify ISO and Global GAP requirements to facilitate feed safety and safety of work environment
• Assist in environmental projects, and other feed safety related projects
• Meeting project and assignment deadlines
• Assisting and involving in investigating causes of defects in the production steps
• Communicating with Quality Control about existing defects and how to prevent them in future products
• Communicating with other departments to coordinate scheduling for QA testings
• Applying technical skills related to the product being tested (in terms of quality as well as safety)
• Conforming to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance

5—EDUCATION
University degree in Science with combination of training and experience on quality assurance environment (Having management level courses are a plus)

6 – EXPERIENCE
Work experience in industrial operational processes, working knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards and management, risk assessment techniques, incident investigation and auditing (at least 1 year as QA position)

7 – SKILLS
English language 4-skills (professional written skill for document modifying and reporting)
Basic knowledge of using computer for office use (Microsoft office, outlook, web search, etc)
