Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Fully in charge of managing quality surveying
- Responsible for Planning ,Monitoring and administrating the QS plan
- Solve any QS issue and make solution
- Managing Cost control & cost benefit analysis.
- Risk analysis evaluations.
- Advising on legal issues and representing clients in disputes.
- Drawing up contracts with vendors.
- Negotiating the cost of projects.
- Report to Project Manager about the process of project
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

- Must have over 10 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in building construction.
- Must have experience of handling for over 300 million USD project.
- Must have over 3 years experience in management Level
- Prefer to have working experience in mixed development project.
- Prefer to have working experience in Japanese organization
- Must be Business Level in the English Language
- Microsoft word,excel,power point.
- Must have 10 Stories & above high rise building experience.
- Prefer repatriate (Candidate who have been experience in foreign)
