Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Management System
_Implement and maintain a well-documented Quality Management System (QMS)covering all major business processes in line with KG guidelines
_Establish and maintain process compliance to achieve ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
_Ensure procedures and tools are in place to deliver high quality results and minimize the Costs of Poor Quality (COPQ)
_Facilitate aligned processes with KG and adapting to local OC incorporating the best demonstrated practices

Continuous Process Improvement
_Implement business improvement tools and procedures as required in compliance with the KG directives
_Establish self-assessment system and facilitate regular monitoring, tracking and gap resolution
_Identify and drive business process improvement projects
_Promote and train disciplined problem-solving methodologies (PSP)
_Drive the Quality Systems (QS)

Training
_Ensure new employees are inducted into the QS and JQC
_Regularly assess QS knowledge among employees
_Regularly identify training needs and gaps in relation to QA standards and our policies & procedures
_Conduct and report on all QA training
_Develop and deliver a QS Training Module
_Be a "Champion” of the Quality mind-set, and actively promote quality initiatives,behavior and systems within the organization

Job Requirements

_Degree in either Engineering or equivalent
_Fluent in both written and spoken in English
_Experience in business process and understanding of QA management System
_Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
_Microsoft Visio (or similar)
_Proactive, self-motivated and dynamic.
_Excellent organizing and planning skills.
_A team player with high level of dedication and persistence.
_Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
_Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work closely with upper management and all company employees.
_Strong analytical thinking, curious and courageous.
