- မိမိလက္ေအာက္ငယ္သားမ်ားအား တြက္ခ်က္မႈႏွင့္ ႀကီးၾကပ္မႈေကာင္းမြန္စြာေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ရမည္။

- B.E (Civil) ဘြဲ့ရၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အသက္(၃၅)ႏွစ္မွ (၅၀)ၾကား ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- QS အေနျဖင့္ (၁၀)ႏွစ္အနည္းအဆံုး အေတြ့အၾကံဳရွိၿပီး QS Head အေနျဖင့္ (၃)ႏွစ္အနည္းဆံုးေဆာင္ရြက္ဖူးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အဂၤလိပ္စကားေျပာ ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။
- ရန္ကုန္၊ မႏၱေလးတြင္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
