Regional Manager at Int’l Telecom Infrastructure Organization in Yangon

• To Oversee the Operation and Maintenance management for telecom tower with high level management
• Up to 2,500,000 Kyats + Other allowances

About the Company

Our client is a group of companies across 6 countries in Asia, core business in an Integrated Telecom Infrastructure services. Overall 16,000 towers, providing services in co-locations, built to suit energy, transmission, operation and maintenance


The Role

● Responsible for all of operation procedures related with telecom site in the region
● Day-to-day administration of internal operation, budget, work plans
● Implementation of operation and maintenance management with high quality and manage the whole operation team in the region
● CSR Capability in region, Lead and ensure all integrated and working as a team
● Vendor management, can negotiate with landowners and local authorize related with permit management

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or any related engineering degree
● Must have a good knowledge of operation, site work and related with telecom implementation
● Strong Leadership skills, communication skills and must be able to travel
● Able to work under project schedule and work effectively with deadlines
