Insurance Underwriting

• Check, keep track and manage financial budgets and spending.
• Monitor and introduce improvements to the work process.
• Supervise and lead the policy processing team.
• Take part in organisation-wide projects.
• Ensuring that all teams under the unit function smoothly and staff are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently in line with the company’s policies.
• Details understanding of every operational process.
• Check and verify premium, commission and policy.
• Coordinate and cooperate with other units and departments to ensure smooth operation of the company.
• Ensure that all teams; underwriting, admin, HR comply with company’s risk management policies.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by direct superior.

Other Responsibilities

• To check daily case income, register and prepare monthly income report and regulatory reports.
• Monitor track and report performance of the regional operarion team and report to Respective Head of Deaprtment at Head office.
• Develop regional sales plans and targets in alignment with the organization objectives.
• Lead the sales teams in various locations by managing daily sales operations in order to meet sales targets.

• Graduate the University Degree or other related Education
• At least (5) years’ experience in the company and related Insurance Knowledge is preferable.
• English Language
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Communication and problem-solving skills
