Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Be stationed in Get All’s Mandalay Office to lead the entire operation in the Upper Myanmar
- Plan, allocate, and systematically manage the company’s resources for maximum efficiency
- Lead, mobilize, and mentor the team members for professional growth
- Be active in all of Get All’s field operations as directed by the senior management to set benchmarks of excellence, accountability, and efficiency
- Relay feedback and provide ongoing suggestions to the technical team and the senior management through weekly/monthly reports
- Provide ongoing counsel to the senior management and effective leadership to the entire regional team

Job Requirements

- Any university graduate with 3 to 5 years working experience as a head of department or a regional manager
- Substantial skills in budget planning, marketing, product deployment, and team management
- Advanced communication skills, emotional intelligence, and decision making acumen
- Familiar with mobile technology, social media, and Fintech
- Have an outgoing, assertive, and cheerful/pleasant personality
- Willing to lead by example and inspire others
- Can work under pressure and have good teamwork skills
- Possess local knowledge and resourcefulness
- Willing to learn new skills and grow together with the company
