• Responsible for the overall performance of Residential Leasing Department
• Coordinate and lead all activities for CIM Agency / leasing whether in communication to public and business community, via articles in press, networking events, launches and general advertising and marketing media.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with possible tenants in assisting with the buildings Public Relations, Events and Marketing
• Assist in managing marketing for the project including advertisements, events and functions.
• Network within the local business community establishing contacts and possible leads for leasing team.

-Provide customer / tenant support regarding the buildings PR, advertising and marketing both internally, general public and local businesses community.
-Oversee and proactively input to leasing tracking database keeping up to date and reporting to senior management and clients
-Actively carry out market research & support on potential tenants suitable for client’s project. Search and suggest tenants on behalf of senior management
-Manage all leasing enquiries and ensuring up to date property Information and details area available. Including leading contract negotiations. Report Regularly to Senior Management


-Proactively seek out leasing opportunities from direct / indirect marketing and develop strong networking relationships within local property market
-Manage and attend appropriate or delegate all leasing enquiries within the company procedures.
-Oversee all information for leasing opportunities. Maintain client folders, leasing tracker, meeting minutes and leasing pipeline and monthly report to senior management.
-Lead all advertising and marketing activity for clients properties where requested
-Search local and international market for all advertising opportunities in all form of media, magazines, social media, billboards, fliers, mail outs etc managing the Marketing plan and the existing contracts renewals, terminations etc
-Provide market research to senior management in order to support presentations
-Develop and manage support team including budgets, recruitment and staff reviews in order to increase leasing activity

• Degree level, tertiary qualification in marketing or business would be an advantage
