- Knowing full knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features, facilities, food and beverage outlets and spa - Assisting the Assistant Manager in the overseeing and ensuring thorough cleaning of rooms - Observing and guiding new staff to ensure they carry out their duties in the proper manner and adhere to the rules and regulations of the department - Issuing daily work schedules to all room attendants and ensuring the follow of sequence
