Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Set individual sales targets with sales team and evaluate performance of sales staff
• Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel and provide feedback, support and coaching from time to time
• Coordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
• Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
• Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
• Forecast and analyse annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Develop pricing schedules and rates
• Formulate sales policies and procedures
• Control expenses and monitor budgets
• Maintain inventory control
• Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
• Develop promotional ideas and material
• Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent business experience and 5+ years of progressively relevant experience in a large corporation.
• For insurance business, preference will be given to the candidates worked in the local insurance company with the knowledge of the market.
• Height requirement: minimum 5 feet 3 inches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office
