1. Manage overall operation of the clinic.
2. Plan and execute sales strategy to meet monthly sales target.
3. Plan and execute promotion events.
4. Train and mange staff according to the guideline and procedures and develop skills and performance.
5. Mange human resources: assign staff duty, shifts, and leaves, and overall welfare of the staff.
6. Be in charge of customer relation management and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Plan and execute promotion events.
8. Be in charge of reception, and manage inquiries and complaints are answered in time.
9. Be in charge in stock keeping.
10. Provide weekly and monthly report to MD.

Job Requirements

Age between 25 to 35
At least 2-years experience in hospital/ clinic/ aesthetics/ beauty related field.
Very good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Be driven by Sales.
Fluent in English.

Working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Able to do Microsoft words, excel, ppt etc.
