1. Supervise Daily Operation
2. Train Sales and Cashier for Product and Customer Service
3. Control Stock to reduce shrinkage
4. Motivate the staff to achieve company objective
5. Evaluate Sales, Customer and Price and Report
6. Handling Customer’s complain and request professionally
7. Make good relation with other department to fit in Organization
8. Make reports which timely request by Management
9. Maintain POS system and other accesses

Job Requirements

1. Must have 2 or 3 years experience in Bakery Supply Industry.
2. Must have any degree or diploma in sales
3. Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel (Excel expert will be credit)
4. Must know using POS system
5. Should have English Language skill at least conversation level
6. Should good communication and personality
7. Will be credit who have Assistance Supervisor or Supervisor experience CITY Market or other Retail.
