Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Sales Management

  • Supervise the Sales Team and ensure the sales targets are achieved for the Center
  • Communication of the sales targets, promotions and pricing to the Sales team
  • Run daily sales meetings and set daily objectives for every sales member
  • Manage the Sales ground rules and distribute the leads to the team accordingly
  • Monitor the timely follow-up on leads across the end- to-end sales funnel and that the sales team is compliant at updating the leads in the system in a timely manner
  • Ensure the timely EPP collection from every sales team member
  • Sales supervisor must check every contract information after sales close by EC before signature send out to the prospect
  •  Monitor renewals and engage with the service team to facilitate the renewal contract conversion
  • Analyze daily statistics to identify areas of focus
  • Support sales team members with their questions on how to handle exceptions as they arise and help individual to meet their sales objectives
  • Ensure compliance to contract freeze policy
  • Ensure all the freeze files are submitted on time
  • Prepare duty roaster for both center and booth assign a month ahead strategically
  • Escalate to National Head of Sales when required to handle exceptions
  • Report sales performance weekly or as needed to National Head of Sales

 

Sales & Marketing collaboration

  • Ensure that all leads for which the sales team is responsible are entered in the system in the right media/ supplier
  • Identify inefficiencies in the coordination between the marketing and the sales team with respect to the management of the leads for each media owner in the marketing team
  • Communicate to the management team some areas to improve the conversion of the leads

 

Sales & Services Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Head of Coaching to foster a strong working relationship between the Service and Sales teams to deliver a consistent experience to our students
  • Partner with the Head of Coaching to ensure synergies are created between sales and service to drive internal revenues and products upselling
  • Facilitate productive communication between Sales and Service Team
  • Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction

 

Center reception management

  • Responsible for the overall look and feel of the Centre ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean
  • Supervise, train and coach the Reception Officers and ensure the compliance to the ground rules
  • Collect and store the reception documents on a daily basis

 

Team Management

  • Planning and leading all sales related meetings with head office staff as well as your team
  • Ensure consistency and best practice by assuring the Sales team is adhering to all WSE policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment and training efforts to build a team deliver high sales performance
  • Identify areas of improvement for each Education Consultants and support their training
  • Work with HR to develop systems that support retention and place colleagues in a position to excel

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sale experience (Premium sales/service), preferably from the education, insurance, hospitality, automotive or fitness sectors
  • Experience Supervisory level is a must, strong sales experience and well team management, preferbably age between 27 to 30
  • Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus
  • Professional appearance, confident attitude and great interpersonal skills 
  • Solution-driven & service-oriented mindset and strong negotiation skills 
  • Able to present idea convincingly with high level of energy and positivism 
  • Eager to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success as a team 
  • Strong ability to build trust and to provide high quality level of care 
  • Able to work under pressure with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet and exceed sales targets
