Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Data analysis of last month skuwise dealer in-town and ex-town
-Coverage check and visit check to all routes of dealer
-Take ex-town sales value data from dealer
-Plan PJP for self and both SE (plan fixed PJP for SE's day wise per month)
-21 days market working minimum for self
-Give visit to all dealers town markets
-Planning on target achievement route wise,dealer wise,SE wise
-Do weekly plan and share with SE
-Plan for wholesales, A class,B class and rest O/L village wise
-O/L addition target vs achievement
-Promotion requirement for market
-Reporting of route wise sales,feedback on dealer to manager
-Dealers visit-physical stock cover check
-Market working (New sku placement, SE training,visibility drive)
-Daily sales and issues reporting to manager
-Weekly reporting of target vs achievement,stock and weekly sales

Job Requirements

-Male candidate preferred below 30 years
-Can speak English and can write basic English
-At least 3 years experience of Sales & Marketing in FMCG field / can travel to all Dealer area towns / more prefer dealer area experience for at least 2 years
-Diploma is not required
-Should be ready to travel minimum 20 days of the month
