Reporting line direct to Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities will be;

Responsibilities
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Responsible to support end to end operation for sales team (quotation/ delivering/invoicing)
• Responsible to monitor and follow up bad debt customer.
• Responsible to align within cross functional team to have smooth end to end operation.
• Responsible to sharing update information related with new category/ upcoming activities and events to all customers.
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Suggest sales process improvements
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team
• Develop and monitor performance indicators.
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Keep record of sales trends
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 4-years relevant experience
• Experience working with and supporting field sales team and channel partners
• Motivation and creativity to successfully reach propects and create conversations via phone/email
• Excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal and written capabilities
• Requires strong attention to details, outstanding resourcefulness, flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
• Organizational skills and a results-oriented self-starter attitude
• Working knowledge of MS office applications, salesforce CRM
