Job Scope
1) Conceptual Design (leading role)
2) Drawing production and documentation (leading role)
3) Design presentation (leading role)
4) Technical coordination (leading role)
5) Statutory compliance (leading role)
6) Design monitoring and coordination (leading role)

Responsibilities
1) Concept Design initiation/ Feasibility Study
2) Drawing checking and production (Tender competition, Schematic Design, Design development, authorities submission, construction drawings)
3) Design presentation preparation
4) QA/ QC control - Technical coordination, material selection, specifications, construction stage design issue problem solving
5) Timeline – to monitor consultants’ progress and work within the given timeline
6) To assist immediate supervisor throughout the design, tender, coordination and construction stage
7) P&D team SOP monitoring and implementation

Job Requirements

*B.Arch or B.Tech (minimum)
*8 years’ working experience in oversea and local on commercial, residential, mixed-use development and master planning.
