 Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
 Dealing with Management, Vendors, External customer.
 Leads or assists with investigations of project related issues, including root cause analysis as needed.
 Determines project schedule by project plan and specifications.
 Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
 Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
 Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
 Acts as a subject matter expert regarding some engineering activities
 Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Base on overall project master plan, budget and quality standard to manage the project implementation plan, progress, quality and cost.
 Managing and planning to Project Management & Business strategy of company.
 Managing customer requirement, project SOW and variation with both customer and subcontractors.
 Managing project acceptance, documentations, and cooperate with project contract management team to get acceptance certificate, payment and project closure.
 Managing subcontractor work acceptance and support subcontract management.
 Report to CE/DYCE.

 AGTI/B.Tech/B.E(Civil)
 At least (6) Year experiences in related field.
 Good project management skill and basic civil work technical background.
 Proficient in written and spoken English and good communication skill.
 Familiar with MS Project, Excel for data processing and monitoring, PowerPoint presentation.
 Ability to work independently.
