Cash Flow Planning and Management

a) Manage cash flow across all branches on a standalone and consolidated basis.
b) Provide weekly cash flow forecast across all branches on a standalone and consolidated basis.
c) Coordinate with BMs and plan for cash requirements per vault balances vs. loan disbursement and
petty cash requirements.

Bank Transactions
a) Ensure timely and accurate payments.
b) Maintain branches’ cash / bank transaction report.
c) Ensure procedures are put in place to prevent unauthorized use of funds.

Liquidity Management

a) Optimise sources and usage of funds.
b) Meet regulatory and internal liquidity metrics.
c) Manage liquidity, interest rate and currency mis-matches.
d) Take on the role of ALCO secretary and prepare ALCO material.
e) Manage capital-related transactions such as injections and dividend payments.
f) Support budgeting and 5-Year planning processes ensuring liquidity metrics are met.
g) Support Risk stress tests.

Lender Relationship Management

a) Monitor all covenants in loan facility agreements, ensuring compliance at all times.
b) Source and follow up on potential funding sources.
c) Maintain existing lender relationship

Treasury Policy Management

a) Maintain and update Treasury Policy.
b) Implement the Policy throughout FFMCL, and ensure compliance to the Policy at all times.
c) Review Policy at least annually

Reporting

a) Prepare Treasury Updates to the Board of Directors.
b) Calculate financial covenants on a monthly basis or as-and-when required for reporting purposes.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
• A good academic background (preferably in Finance or Accounting from reputed universities).

RELEVANT PAST EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant job. Preferably 5 years.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely express analytical conclusions and recommended actions.
TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
• Training on microfinance, lending, Financial analysis, credit analysis [Preferable]
