Job Description

• First and second level support for company digital applications stack
• Proactive monitoring and reporting applications health ensuring high availability
• Participate in identifying root cause of the reported issues or problems and escalation process
• Coordinating with Level 3 support for resolving problems and development team for enhancement
• Supporting user requests and resolving application incidents within stipulated SLA time
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and standard operation procedures
• Developing reports for teams across the business
• User access control (onboarding, deboarding) and role management of digital applications

Job Requirements

• Good technical knowledge and experience in Java or C#, MogoDB, Oracle DB, Angular, Node JS, Sales Force, Data Lake, Cloud and Micro Service Architecture
• Good understanding of SDLC, IT service management, Agile development, testing, CI and industry best practices
• Experience in using ticketing solutions (Jira, ServicesNow etc)
• Excellency in English skill
