Senior Project Architect (Fluent in Chinese) at the most successful Construction Company in Yangon.

o Create designs for construction projects to produce sustainable, functional and visually attractive designs
o Salary is up to 1,500,000 MMK

The Role

● Create highly detailed drawings with Sketches, 3D models, Calculations and Rendering are provided by the needs of designers and engineers
● Corporate the allocation of project resource and keep within budgets and timelines
● Direct planning, supervision and inspection of all interiors and finishing work
● Certify all tasks are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
● Monitor and report regularly on project progress to Director

Job Requirements

● Fluent in English, Cantonese or Mandarin (Chinese) communication skills (reading and writing)
● At least 10 years of handling international, large-scale residential, office and commercial projects
● Must have bachelor’s degree of Architectural Engineering
● Excellent communication, budget control, planning, and organizational skills
● Able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects
