Job Description

  • Collaborate with the site team on technical and design queries.
  • Review architectural drawings alongside structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings to ensure compliance with client brief and regulations.
  • Assist project teams with various implementation aspects such as site inspections, quality control, design coordination, and report preparation.
  • Monitor contractors' performance and installation according to specifications and standards.
  • Maintain project schedules by tracking progress and resolving site problems.
  • Liaise with contractors on requests for information and material submissions.
  • Work under limited supervision on assigned tasks.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of architectural work.
  • Have a thorough understanding of local building codes and standards.
  • Utilize computer-assisted design software for construction document preparation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction.
  • Understanding of design principles and their implications on construction methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work overtime.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of REVIT is a plus.
  • Preference for experience in high-rise residential project delivery and construction.
