Job Description

▪ Provide supervisory support to application/product or user support personnel
▪ Responsible for ensuring all details of incidents or service requests are accurately recorded and documented,
including categorization and priority into the IT service management tool.
▪ Act as a second-level support subject-matter expert resource for help desk personnel.
▪ Plan and organize remote computer and software administrative duties at branch locations on an as needed
basis.
▪ Build and maintain relationships with all IT and technology units to ensure that IT-delivered services and end-
user productivity goals are understood and exceeded.
▪ Strive for continuous improvement of the incident management process and the integration of the incident
management process with other IT operations management processes, such as problem tickets management.

Job Requirements

▪ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of IT preferable as IT supervisor, assistant IT manager,
helpdesk support, or IT executive.
▪ Holder of Bachelor degree or diploma related to Information system, Computer system, Information technology,
Business IT, Computer Engineering or Computer science.
▪ ITIL certification is preferred but not mandatory
▪ Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
▪ Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills
▪ Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
▪ Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
▪ Ability to construct accurate management and operational report
▪ Good team leader and role model
