- Project Manager ၏ ႀကီးၾကပ္မႈေအာက္တြင္ လုပ္ငန္းေအာင္ျမင္ေရးအတြက္ ေရွးရႈ႕ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္သူျဖစ္ၿပီး၊ တာ၀န္ယူရသည့္ လုပ္ငန္းအပိုင္းတြင္ တာ၀န္ခံနုိင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။

- Construction လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားတြင္ Site Manager အျဖစ္ အနည္းဆံုး (၅) ႏွစ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ဖူးသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ရဲ/ တပ္အရာရှိ (အၿငိမ္းစား) မ်ားဦးစားပေးမည္။
- ရန္ကုန္တြင္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ႏုိင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
