Overall Responsibilities : Monitor and Maintain all related Operation (Core Banking and other all Systems)


Key Areas of Accountability:

• Able to do all our operations with best support
• can handle and guide team member
• Very strong knowledge in Physical and Virtual Environment
• Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant IT working experience
• Familiar with process landscape in IT operational environment (e.g. Helpdesk, Change Management, Services Level, Authorization, Storage Management etc.)
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers/principals to find suitable products and form better/strategic relationships.

Job Requirements

Skills and Competencies Requirements:

• Experience on Microsoft Cloud (Azure)
• Trouble shoot for MS Windows (2012-2016) and Linux, CentOS and etc
• Basic Knowledge in Database (MsSQL and Oracle)
• Virtualization (VM Ware and Hyper V)
• Understand MS Active Directory Architecture to Maintain and Deploy
• Backup and Recovery (Archiving mail process as well)
• Preferred on Network Knowledge
• Preferred who independent worker and eager to learn
• Provides software and system troubleshooting and support
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned


Experiences and Educational Requirements:

• Master/Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
