Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Ensure the assigned project are carried out in accordance to clients’ requirements and meet the required standards.
Ensure project planning, objectives, goals and procedures are established, reviewed and implemented.
Monitor and ensure construction progress and ahead of time.
Provide recommendation, proposal and design for client’s representative to comment or for approval.
Review all NCR (Non-conformance report) from sites and take appropriate action.
To attend meeting to advice engineering or technical aspect.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by project manager or his superior.
Liaise with consultant, sub-contractor and client in respect or all site matters.
To ascertain progress claims with consultants and sub-cons for HQ verification.
To ensure site safety.
To check and clarify the discrepancies found on drawing and write to Consultant/Client.

Construction programming skills (Microsoft Project Management, Primavera)
Surveying skills
Costing skills

Must to understand the technical, background & knowledge


Experience & Educational Requirements

B.E (Electrical Power) / B-Tech (Electrical Power)
5 Years’ Experience in Electrical Design, Cost estimation.
Must have management skill, computer skill, communication skill, scheduling, AutoCAD and English 4 skills.
Construction programming skills (Microsoft Project Management, Primavera)
Must to understand draw and write the technical, background & knowledge
