Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Assist to provide technical/Diagnostic support to JLR and FORD local technical team to perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards
- Notify service advisor immediately to communicate with customer if any kind of further potential repairs outlined is not needed or required
- Assist JLR After Sales team for all kind of Weekly or monthly report preparation, SEF/Insite
- Confirm all Diagnostic equipment’s like SDD or IDS are updated with latest software released, so to comply OEM monthly target
- Monitor all kind of TA submissions are with accurate information’s and all TAs closing on time
- Ensure with Workshop manager to monthly review all SST are in place or need to be ordered
- Assist to JLR Sales and Service team all periodic auditing and to pass the auditing
- Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the work shop
- Visit Network Agency workshops and make assessment for service technicians
- Monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays due to team members being absent for leaves, holidays or sickness
- Facilitate weekly meeting with JLR and FORD team members by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance
- Weekly meeting with After Sales Manager and GM to review service throughput activities
- Attend all kind of Service or warranty related meeting or conference at OEM headquarters
- Manage costs at reasonable levels and in line with budget

Job Requirements

• JLR Level 4 Certified
• A professional manner
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in JLR
• Good communication skill in English
• Strong diagnosing skills
• Knowledge of Mechanical issues, warranties, Service and general repairs
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Organizational ability
• Detail Oriented
• Technically competent with ability to train others
• Customer and Quality focus
