• Be able to comprehend complex systems with many moving parts and analyse large volumes of trades to draw conclusions and produce rationalised solutions.
• An understanding of the functionality provided by a front-to-back FX eCommerce trading system.
• Define and input comprehensive documentation, including project plan/ milestones, business requirements, process flow diagrams and management/ project status reporting
• Lead and drive FX options e-trading and e-commerce initiatives (defining overall strategy and requirements, running product design working groups
• Engage with Clients, Sales, Trading and Venues to develop innovative, market leading products
• Working with the front office to understand and address breaches as necessary.
• Reviewing new transaction requests, identifying and assessing the key risk issues, including capital impacts.
• Keeping abreast of relevant market events and drivers

• Business related degree holder or equivalent from reputed organization
• Must have FX knowledge in USD and MMK
• Experience in developing and leading a high performance team to exceed targets
• Strategic thinking and insights-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplined
• Leads, adapts to and embraces constant change
• English 4 skills
