Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Operate forklift to unload any incoming materials to factory and perform to create good receipt note.
Also make sure to physical check for all the incoming materials.

Operate forklift to issue materials to production based on production request.
Create issuance for the materials request from production.

Collect back any material return from production and create receipt for return from production.
Ensure to perform all the transaction and Receipt in the system and do physical count to ensure the stock is correct.

Issue and load the finished goods into the truck according to the Delivery Order for delivery to service provider warehouse.
Perform the loading for the finished goods into the container for export according to packing list for export market.
And make sure all the finished good cases conditions are good. Perform physical count for monthly stock count in factory and maintain the inventory system record. Make sure the cleanliness of working area and practice safety in workplace to comply with 5S3R.

Follow corporate guidelines and procedure and ensure full compliance to JTI’s CODE OF CONDUCT. Ensure to follow work related instructions from direct reporting line.

Job Requirements

Male (prefer young and energetic person) University Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in logistic field especially in Warehouse handling.
English need to be fair.
Computer literate especially in Microsoft package Who can work with shifts (including night shift).
