What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow client accounts.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and pitches with our sales partner.
  • Coordinate projects across creative, production, and media teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support new business development using your existing network and industry insight.
  • Handle day-to-day project management, including CRM updates, sales reports, and document organization.
  • Build and mentor a small local team while collaborating with regional offices.
  • Assist with the launch of BrndWrx’s Myanmar-based global agency expansion in Thailand.

Job Requirements

You Should Have

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative, digital, or media agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Myanmar.
  • Understanding of OOH, DOOH, and digital marketing.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven personality.
  • Proven work in the market.
