Core Responsibilities
1. Business Development
•Develop new business opportunities for BrndWrx in Myanmar, leveraging your existing network of contacts and identifying growth areas.
•Position BrndWrx as a strategic partner for creative, tech and digital media solutions in the local market.
2. Client Growth & Management
•Lead and grow key client relationships.
•Ensure BrndWrx delivers high-quality, strategic work that meets client objectives and builds long-term value.
3. Sales Team Collaboration (Ganad)
•Receive, evaluate, and refine client briefs in coordination with the Myanmar-based sales team.
•Prepare proposals and co-present BrndWrx related pitches to clients alongside Ganad, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
4. Creative Project Management
•Project manage all creative services for OOH and DOOH, working closely with BrndWrx’s internal creative, production, and sales teams (Ganad).
•Accommodate department leads to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of high-quality outputs across all stages of development.
5. Team Development
•Build, manage, and mentor a growing BrndWrx team in Myanmar. This includes the use of your existing network of skilled individuals that can bring value to the BrndWrx team.
•Nuture a collaborative, efficient, and inspired work environment in line with BrndWrx standards and values.
6. Regional Support
•Provide on-the-ground support for the development and future launch of the BrndWrx Myanmar-led agency operation in Thailand.
•Share local insights, operational planning, and recruitment support as part of the regional expansion strategy.
Common Responsibilities
•Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, contacts, and opportunities.
•Fulfill day-to-day project management duties, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
•Conduct regular check-ins and team meetings; monitor and ensure accuracy in weekly and monthly sales reports.
•Maintain proper documentation standards, ensuring all files and project materials are well organized, updated, and stored correctly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing communications.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and leading teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media landscape.
