B.V.Sc or any Bachelor’s degree holder.
B.V.Sc qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 8 consecutive years of experience in commercial and trading industries.
Strong experience in direct selling, key account management, dealer/shop network management and commercial operations.
Proven leadership experience in managing sales and marketing teams. • Strong business development, market expansion and strategic planning skills.
Experience in importation, trading and distribution of animal health products is preferred.
Ability to manage sales performance, customer relationships, pricing strategies and market analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills.
Good understanding of livestock and small animal (pet) markets, including veterinary medicines, feed additives, nutritional products and pet care channels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting analysis.
Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
