  • Lead and develop the lubricant market by identifying business opportunities, increasing market share, and strengthening brand presence in the industry.
  • Provide detailed lubricant product knowledge training and technical support to the sales team to improve product understanding, customer communication, and sales performance.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team in daily operations, sales management, and target achievement while ensuring effective teamwork and discipline.
  • Motivate and encourage the sales team to improve productivity, achieve sales goals, and maintain a positive and competitive working environment.
  • Prepare and implement monthly sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, increase revenue, and expand customer coverage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and excellent customer service to ensure long-term business cooperation.
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities to increase sales growth and enhance brand awareness in the market.
  • Conduct market research for new products, monitor market trends, and provide regular updates on competitor activities, pricing, and strategies to management.
  • Negotiate customer payment terms, follow up on outstanding payments, and submit accurate reports and updates to the Brand Manager.
  • Focus on achieving monthly and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring team performance.
  • Prepare market visit schedules and route plans to maximize sales opportunities and submit detailed visit reports to the Brand Manager.
  • Be willing and able to travel when required for customer visits, business development, market surveys, and company activities.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales plans, activity reports, and achievement updates to the Brand Manager in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in lubricant sales, automotive industry, FMCG sales, or related business fields.
  • Strong knowledge of lubricant products, automotive products, industrial oils, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to prepare sales strategies, marketing plans, and market analysis reports.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities with strong business awareness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
  • Strong presentation and product training skills for supporting the sales team and customers.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to travel frequently for market visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
  • Good understanding of competitor analysis, customer behavior, and market research techniques.
