Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Check and Manage all financial transactions
  • Able to handle full sets of accounts accurately and timely.
  • In-charge of invoicing, monitoring receivables, and follow up collection from school parents
  • Daily Checking Cash Receipt and Payment Voucher.
  • Provide Month Trial Balance, Profit & Loss statement
  • Responsible for month-end closing, preparation of monthly financial reports, and other reports as required by management
  • Over view and check purchase orders, review and process payment vouchers, and expense reports
  • Monitor and control inventories
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policie
  • Calculation the monthly Payroll  
  • Keep information confidential on all matters and secure them
  • Daily, weekly and month report to management
  • All Assignments form Directors

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA is a plus.
  • At least (8) years’ experience in Accounting and Finance fields. Proven experience 5 years in a similar role.
  • Must be able to use Advance Excel and Accounting Software
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Good financial analyzing and reporting skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
