  • Maintain financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet requirements and support operations
  • Prepare financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations
  • Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
  • Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
  • Provide efficient and effective office management
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • B.Com, B.Econ, LCCI LEVEL 3
  • Minimum experience of (5) years in Accounting and Finance fields
  • Good control of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge of preparing staff payroll
  • Knowledge of Tax Law and Tax compliance
  • Good financial analyzing and reporting skills
  • Good Communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
