Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Record Account receivable report after approving in CRM system and check daily income reported from OSC teams
  • Prepare warehouse goods receive notes and collect Invoices and Receipts documents from Carlcare OSC
  • Follow up payments for Carlcare OSC / ASC and record local purchase docs
  • Input Income transactions into MYOB system
  • Submit Non-business entity loan application for Local Purchase and Snack plan
  • Submit Non-business entity reimbursement application for Local Purchase, Snack plan, Logistics and ASC service charges
  • Approve for income transfer from OSC after checking income files reported in transsioner
  • Collect / follow up SM one documents from Carlcare center  and CC's stock check with internal accountant and OSC staff
  • Prepare monthly Income report files for ASC and OSC
  • Monthly account receivable, Service Income and Spare parts income (Idle)

Job Requirements

      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
     Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting & finance
     Ability to prepare reports in English is preferred
     Attention to detail and accuracy
     Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
     Good communication and interpersonal skills
     Preference will be given to those who can work long-term, phone testing experience & can start work immediately.
