We are hiring accountants for jewelry shop 
Sales & Service

  • Achieve individual/team sales targets and KPIs.  
  •   Conduct needs-based consultations (e.g., engagements, gifts, self-purchase).  
  •   Handle high-value transactions with accuracy.  

Product Knowledge

  •   Educate clients on gemstones (diamonds, colored stones), metals, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.  
  •   Explain certifications (GIA, AGS), warranties, and care instructions.  

Operations

  •   Maintain visual merchandising standards.  
  •   Process payments, track inventory, and ensure case security.  
  •   Assist with sizing, repairs, and special orders.  

Client Relationships

  • Build long-term relationships via follow-ups, CRM management, and after-sales service.

Job Requirements

  • Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
