Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) in accounting software or ledgers.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Process invoices and verify supporting documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.
  • Prepare payment schedules and monitor collections.
  • Assist in tracking inventory purchases and sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods traded, costs, and margins.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support senior accountants in budget preparation and financial analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree . More preferable Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in accounting, preferably in trading, retail, or distribution industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
