– Prepare AP and AR functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.– Handle payment schedules and collections. – Maintain general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Perform account reconciliation by setting off accounts receivable and confirming balance amounts with customers on an ongoing basis.
- Review, verify, and record cash and bank transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels, organization, and accuracy of inventory data.
- Implement pricing adjustments and update sales policies in the software system as required.– Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.- Must be able to use accounting software

Job Requirements
– Any Bachelor’s degree – Minimum 3 -4 years experience in Accountant position.– Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.– Strong Knowledge of accounting principles. – Honest, well-organized, and able to multitask.– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
