Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Record daily inventory of purchases, issues, and transfer transactions accurately.
  2. Conduct stocktaking twice a month.
  3. All inventory must be recorded and maintained both in paperwork and physically.
  4. Must be committed to work and able to perform tasks systematically.
  5. Conduct daily ground stocktaking accurately.
  6. Ensure that received vouchers, issue documents, transfer records, bin cards, and closing stock files are sent to the designated locations at the specified times.
  7. Prepare & check monthly inventory for store & kitchen inventory
  8. Report to Chief Accountant any update relevant report.
  9. Must maintain a positive mindset.

Job Requirements

  1. Any graduate and LCCI III Diploma or Certificate.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field
  3. Computer skills are good especially Microsoft word and advanced excel
  4. Able to use Odoo software
  5. Good communication and negotiation skill
  6. Able to work under pressure
