Review and authorize journal entries in SAP S4H ERP system and Flexcube Core Banking system, ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure to record monthly cost accruals correctly and perform reversals when actual invoices are received.
Liaise with procurement and internal departments to ensure approval workflows are followed and invoices are submitted before month-end closing.
Assist to line manager in preparing prepaid schedules, recurring entries, and other monthly closing tasks in SAP.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned GLs and report the findings to managers within deadlines.
Review and analyze expense GLs, identify unusual movements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Assist in internal and external audit requirements, preparing documentation.
Handle ad hoc tasks or special projects assigned by the line manager or CFO.

Job Requirements
ACCA or similar qualification in Finance or related field.
Good communication skill (oral and written)
Good in people management and leadership skill.
Good in MS Office especially in excel.
At least 3years working experience in Finance & Operation.
