Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

•Review and verify daily stock in/out transactions received from warehouse.
•Check Goods Received Notes (GRN), Stock Issue Vouchers (SIV), Transfer Documents and Return Documents for completeness and accuracy.
•Reconcile inventory records between warehouse stock cards and accounting records.
•Prepare monthly inventory movement reports and stock valuation reports.
•Assist in periodic stock counts and year-end inventory audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or stock accounting.

  • Proficient in Excel, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.

  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
