  • Perform data entry for sales, cash, and stock transactions accurately and timely.
  • Conduct vouching of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collect and file accounting documents in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly financial reports.
  • Support in reconciliation of accounts and other financial statements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all accounting and financial information.
  • Assist senior accountants and auditors as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • LCCI Level I & II (Accounting or related field).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance field.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to organize documents and manage records efficiently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
