An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain and update inventory records (textbooks, graduation gowns, stationery, etc.)
  • Coordinate distribution and return of student items
  • Prepare and track request forms, advance payments, and daily expenses
  • Record canteen purchases and propose selling prices
  • Propose and record selling prices for canteen items in coordination with supervisor
  • Use Google Sheets to manage and report on stock, expenses, and transactions
  • Support monthly reporting

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory systems
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
