  • Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper recording of expenses
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
