  • Review, check, and verify purchase quantities, prices, and total amounts against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information.
  • Compile, summarize, and prepare accurate data and reports to support billing and payment processes

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate from a recognized institution.
  • LCCI Level I, II, or III certification (preferred).
  • Strong foundational skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial modeling tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
