Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
Handle daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual report to CBM.
Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and inspections and support audit findings follow-up and corrective action implementation.
Review and monitor operational and financial risks within the organization.
Support the implementation and monitoring of risk management policies and procedures.
Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Preparing risk management related reports and monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and guidelines

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Essentially able to communicate in English (Korean language proficiency is a plus).
Willingness to learn with strong motivation and strong passion for professional growth.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
-Relevant accounting or finance-related professional certifications
-Knowledge of taxation, IFRS, and banking regulations
-Experience in accounting, finance, risk management, or regulatory reporting within the banking sector
