Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Oversee operations of the account department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework.
Responsible to produce monthly reporting package (income statement, balance sheet, cashflow) in a timely manner.
Perform variance analysis and commentaries on financial performance to report monthly basis.
Preparation and presentation of monthly business review to the top management and Board meeting.
Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
Responsible for budgeting process, coordinate with all department heads and submission of annual budgeting package to the group company.
Prepare rolling forecasts of financial performance in short-term and long-term business planning.
Responsible for company quarterly and annual income tax filling as well as other taxation such as Business Tax, withholding tax to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to ensure timely completion and resolution of any issues.
Provide a support service by working with all departments and the finance team to help make financial decision.
Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preparation of the budget, budgetary control, and performance reporting.
Responsible is to lead, manage & motivated the entire Account Department, ensure that the accounts are cultivated, developed and grown to meet its maximum potential, in successful manner.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as requested by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting plus minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting & finance principles
Good experiences in accounting software preferably SAP Business One
Have attention to details and can handle multi-taskings under pressure.
Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in directions.
Good command of Microsoft office especially to advanced excel skills.
